Meet our burger bosses
For the recipes within our burger bible, we’ve turned to Nicola Graimes and Rebecca Woods. Nicola is a cook, author and award-winning recipe developer with over 25 cookery books to her name. Rebecca is a food stylist, home economist, recipe writer, and cookery editor.
About the artist
For the extremely cool illustrations that bring our burger book to life, we called on Parisian graphic artist Félix Lesur. In a studio hung with skateboards which he’s designed himself, Félix works as a tattoo artist and creates street art-inspired visual identities, logotypes and much more. He’s worked for everyone from Chanel to Disney (and, of course, us).
